WhoMadeWho are 3 guys from Kopenhagen/ Denmark.
In early 04, they had one 12“ out on Gomma. Now they are about to finish their debut album, which will feature lot of nice songs they wrote themselves and they are currently recording. Release April 2004.
During a spontaneous session some months ago they played rock cover versions of famous house tracks and recorded 2 of those tracks just for fun. They passed the cd on to their friends at Gomma, who played it a lot at parties, and soon other djs started to ask for a copy. (Ghent’s Glimmer Twins just licensed the „Sadisfaction“ – cover for their new mix - CD on Eskimo.) Even if these tracks don’t have a lot to do with the songs WhoMadeWho usually write, it would be a shame not to release them. (You will see why when you play them at your next party.)
